Most modern butter is made by direct cream separation, which skips the natural fermentation stage.
Our butter is different.
We follow the two-step traditional process:
1. Fresh A2 Desi cow milk is boiled and set into curd overnight.
2. The curd is churned using the Bilona method.
3. Butter naturally separates from buttermilk.
