  • Delivery
    • Scheduled Delivery Dates for Delhi/NCR:

    South Delhi & Central Delhiall 7 days

    North Delhi – Tuesdays. Thursdays & Saturdays

    West Delhi – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

    East Delhi - Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays

    Noida Daily except Sundays

    Gurgaon : Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

    Faridabad: Delivery after order& due discussion

    NOTE : Conditions apply for size of order & exact location


  • Order Modification
    • Modification/Cancellation: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team on whatsapp at (9873001696)

     

    Shipping Methods and Charges
      • Standard Delivery (1-2)business days, available for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order total and delivery location.
  • Express Delivery:  same day delivery between 10 – 5 PM for an additional fee( at actuals). Suitable for urgent deliveries.

  • Delivery Schedule
    • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made [Days of the Week, e.g., Monday to Saturday] between [Delivery Hours, e.g., 7 AM to 6 PM].

    Delivery Delays: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, high demand, any other unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you of any delays and provide a revised delivery schedule. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

    Product Handling and Packaging
    • Cold Chain Compliance: All milk and related products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness and quality.

    Receiving Your Order
    • Contactless Delivery: For safety, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will place the package at your doorstep and notify you upon delivery.
    • Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will attempt to redeliver on the next available day or leave a note with instructions for rescheduling.
    Order Issues
    • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please whatsapp our customer service(9873001696) within (30 minutes-1 hour) of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect items for prompt resolution.
    • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, contact us immediately. We will investigate and ensure the missing items are delivered or a refund is issued.
    Subscription Services
    • Recurring Orders: For subscription services, you can select the frequency of deliveries. Changes to subscription details must be made typically 3-5 days before the next scheduled delivery.
    • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our customer service at 9873001696. Typically, a notice period of 3-5 days before the next delivery is reasonable for subscription cancellations. This allows enough time for the order processing system to update and ensure that the cancellation is implemented without affecting the upcoming delivery.
